The sixth meeting for the Yankee RSS Farmers was held on March 17 at the Madison Mills Township Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Randon Stolzenburg. The 4-H pledge was led by Kaylee, and the pledge of allegiance was led by Brenna. Roll call was completed by saying your name and favorite Easter candy. Punch and munch was served. Kyleigh Caldwell provided the secretary’s report and Hayden Bartruff provided the treasurer’s report.
Demonstrations were done by Rylei Laymon and Brenna Caldwell. (In the meeting notes from March 4, two demonstrations were missed — they were done by James, and Zach). Zoe did the safety report on tornadoes.
Advisory updates were quality assurance for members who haven’t gone. April 8-9 are the last quality assurance meetings. April 21 is the Yankee RSS Farmers trash pickup date. We went over 4-H camp papers. Registrations start April 5 and end April 15. Rabbit breed date is March 10. March 18 is the swine zoom meeting.
At the next meeting, Punch and Munch will be provided by the Laymon girls and Kaylee. The meeting was adjourned by Tanzyn and Lewis. Next meeting will be held on April 7 at the Madison Mills Township Hall.
