WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — A 19-year-old has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

At around 9:11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9, Washington Court House Police Department officers responded to a South Main Street residence on a complaint made by Child Protective Services, on behalf of a minor, police said.

According to reports, during the CPS processing, it was discovered that the minor was pregnant. It was allegedly disclosed that the victim had been involved in sexual conduct with 19 year-old Ryan Jarvis.

The minor is now in custody of CPS, according to reports.

This case is currently under investigation.
