II Corinthians 8:10 & 11, “And herin I give my advice: for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do, but also to be forward a year ago. Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.”
It has been said that this world is a stage and we who live here are the actors or actresses who must perform. To perform as a Christian on the Human Stage of History takes the same disciplining, planning and preparing as many other areas of performing. Performances have audiences.
Look at Hebrews 12:1, “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
Let us plan and prepare to perform because performance makes the difference!
