According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 26

Criminal Trespass: At 5:12 p.m., Me’gan Haithcock, of Eastern Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to Potomac Circle in reference to a trespass complaint.

March 25

Domestic Violence: At 10:11 p.m., officers responded to 917 S. North St. in reference to a complaint of domestic violence. On arrival, contact was made with the offender and the victim inside the residence. The victim provided officers with a voluntary statement alleging the offender physically assaulted her. The offender was subsequently arrested as a result. The offender has previous convictions of domestic violence and was charged with a felony offense for the repeated crime.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 5:33 p.m., a traffic stop was initiated for several moving violations. An occupant was found to have an active arrest warrant and was subsequently arrested. During a consensual search of the vehicle, drug paraphernalia items were located. The driver and passenger were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 24

Domestic Violence/Possession of Drugs/Obstructing Official Business: At 4:57 p.m., officers responded to 512 Third St. in reference to a complaint of domestic violence. On arrival, officers were able to make contact at the residence. The strong odor of marijuana came from the residence, which led to a search warrant being obtained and entry made into the residence. Once inside, the offender was located hiding inside a closet. Contact was then made with the victim, who had visible signs of injury sustained from the offender. The offender was subsequently arrested as a result and charged with domestic violence, possession of drugs and obstructing official business.

March 22

Endangering Children: At 9:45 p.m., an investigation regarding child endangerment was initiated after police received several complaints of a video that had surfaced regarding a mother tattooing her young children. A welfare check was conducted at their residence, which revealed the living quarters were in a deplorable condition. The mother/offender was arrested as a result.

March 21

Criminal Trespass: At 6:30 p.m., officers responded to 224 Mulberry St. in reference to a criminal trespass complaint. On arrival, the offender was located upon the property without permission and was subsequently arrested as a result.
