Rebecca M. Taylor, 46, 914 E. Temple St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Jason T. Benningfield, 41, 331 Western Ave., expired registration.

Jason E. Wright, 49, 508 Carolyn Road, expired registration.

Juvenile, 13, Washington C.H., unruly.

Michelle R. Kratzer, 55, Sabina, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Kayla A.M. Smith, 23, 407 Broadway St., excessive smoke, driving on permit without valid driver.
