According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

May 6

Criminal Trespass: At 3:04 p.m., officers responded to Village Court in reference to a male on the property who had previously been trespassed. Officers made contact with Todd Showalter, of Frankfort, and arrested him on criminal trespass charges.

May 5

Burglary: At 1:09 p.m., Carrie Cottrell, of East Circle Avenue, reported that an unknown person entered her residence and removed a small safe.

Theft: At 2:20 p.m., Sara Rowland, of Greenfield, reported the theft of her vehicle’s registration from her glove box while her vehicle was parked at Huntington Bank.

May 3

Assault: At 3:56 a.m., a woman reported that she was assaulted by a known male. She was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

Endangering Children: At 12:15 p.m., officers responded to South Main Street at the request of Fayette County Child Protective Services in reference to the deplorable conditions of a residence where a small child was residing. Caitlyn Gardner was arrested in the incident.

Theft: At 12:34 p.m., employees of Family Farm and Home reported the theft of pallets from the rear of their business.

May 2

Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication: At 11:04 a.m. after responding to West Temple Street in reference to a disturbance, officers located Adam Robinson intoxicated to the point that he was unable to care for himself. Charges were filed.

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 11:53 a.m., officers responded to the Blue Stone Inn in reference to a domestic disturbance. While on contact with the occupants of the room, a syringe commonly used to ingest drugs was located. Paul Myers and Amber Docter were both arrested for the offense.

April 29

Breaking and Entering/Criminal Damaging: At 1:16 p.m., Gary Pennington, of North North Street, reported that an unknown person gained access to a storage area by cutting the fence.
