Ollie’s coming to Washington Center

Ollie’s — one of America’s largest retailers of merchandise and excess inventory — is coming to Washington Court House.

The retailer will be leasing 42,000 square feet of retail space in Washington Center, The Hadler Company’s community shopping center located on US Route 62.

While Hadler has seen an influx of new tenant leases so far in 2022, the addition of a large format tenant to Washington Center is noteworthy.

Ollie’s has 431 stores in 29 states across the U.S. and is known for its merchandise products, from housewares to sporting goods, and flooring, to food. They will be a great fit with the other national brand names and diverse mix of retailers located in Washington Center, according to city officials.

“Ollie’s is a seasoned retailer, and we are thrilled to become part of their family of stores,” said Chelsie Baker, Director of Economic Development for Washington Court House.

Joe Denen, City Manager for Washington Court House, adds, “Our goal is a broad range of retail, service and dining options that give people the opportunity to stay local. I think Ollie’s will do well and we are happy to welcome Ollie’s investment.”
