According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
Aug. 23
Possession of Drugs/Drug Abuse Instrument: At 8 a.m., officers responded to the parking lot of Washington High School in reference to a suspicious male. Officers made contact with Jeremy Miller, who was arrested on a parole warrant. He was in possession of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending.
Failure to Disclose Personal Information to Officer/Drug Abuse Instrument/Drug Paraphernalia: At 12:06 p.m., officers observed a male near Fayette Pharmacy acting erratic and under the influence of drugs. Upon contact with the male, he would not give officers identifying information. He was arrested and identified as Travis Shaw. Drug paraphernalia was located on his person. Shaw was charged accordingly.
Possession of Drugs/Drug Abuse Instrument: At 11:51 p.m., officers arrested Jamie Johnson for an outstanding bench warrant. During a search incident to the arrest, suspected narcotics and a drug abuse instrument were located. Charges are pending.
