Samanthakay L. Bainter, 28, 714 E. Temple St., bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Richard Dawson, 89, 921 S. North St., traffic control device violation.

William L. Dillon, 35, 114 E. Circle Ave., criminal trespass (fourth-degree misdemeanor), Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Clifford D. Morris, 33, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear (two counts), obstructing, possession of drug abuse instruments.

Samantha J.R. Pummill, 42, Leesburg, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant – failure to appear, Highland County Sheriff’s Office warrant – escape.

Aug. 23

Jeremy A. Miller, 46, at large, parole warrant.

Travis A. Shaw, 29, at large, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments, failure to identify.

Ryan S. Perry, 36, 1809 Columbus Ave., Room 234, license forfeiture.

Jamie L. Johnson, 35, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).
