Emily Turner, 9-years-old, won an “Outstanding” award for beginner cake decorator at the 2015 Ohio State Fair. This was Emily’s first year in 4-H. She is a member of the Packrat Crafters. Emily is the daughter of Brad and Deborah Turner.
