Pennington Bakery retirees hold reunion

Retired employees of the Pennington Bakery gathered at Our Place Restaurant on Sunday, Oct. 21 for a meal and time of fellowship.

Reflections of the jobs and friendships they had while working there were the main topics of discussion. After the delicious meal, names were drawn for a gift certificate from Our Place and fall decorations made by Susan Hamilton.

The reunion will be held at Our Place Restaurant next year on the third Sunday of October.

People in attendance from out of town were: James Spurlock, Lois Steiner from Leesburg; Mary Dunston and Ralph Dunston from London; Larry Price from Chillicothe; Bob and Wilma Pauley from Sabina; Robert and Jeanie Minshall from Jeffersonville; from Washington Court House, Roger and Joanne Boysel, Raymond and Kathy Schultz, June Milstead, Jim Dollison, Ralph Warner, Susan Hamilton, Robert Stackhouse, Lorena Stolsenberg, Teresa Tobias, Geneva Walton, Bill and Mary Holley, Delcie Bowman, Sonny and Shirley Rittenhouse, Gib and Debbie Yoho, and Mary Stolsenberg.
