Chillicothe native and banking veteran, James (Jim) Hester, has returned to LCNB National Bank as a vice president and commercial loan officer. Hester and his family returned from a recent move to the West Coast.
Hester brings over 33 years of experience of working closely with small businesses, farms and agribusinesses in Ross, Fayette, Pickaway and Scioto counties. He has also been very active throughout his career serving in both volunteer and public service positions in his communities. These include Adena Local School Board, Washington Court House Rotary Club and member of Junior Achievement of Ross and Fayette counties.
Steve Foster, president of LCNB National Bank, commented, “ We are very excited to have Jim come back to work for us. He is a great addition to our team. His dedication to helping his customers succeed and making his community a better place to work and live is very evident. LCNB shares these same goals for all of the communities we serve.”
“I am looking forward to this opportunity. I have spent the majority of my banking career here because it is my hometown,” Hester said. “LCNB National Bank has a 138-year history of serving the citizens and businesses of hometown communities like Washington Court House, Mt. Sterling and Xenia. The bank’s community-minded approach matches well with mine. It is good to be home again.”
Hester holds an associate degree in business management from Ohio University-Chillicothe. He will be operating from the LCNB National Bank’s Washington Court House at 100 Crossings Drive. He can be reached at jhester@LCNB.com or (740) 505-8547.
