The parents of Joshua Lee Allen and Lisa Land Choy of Cupertino, Calif., wish to announce the engagement of their children.
Lisa is a 2000 graduate of San Gabriel High School in San Gabriel, Calif., and the University of California Riverside, with a degree in business administration, with a background with Ernsts & Young in management consulting, for companies such as Kaiser, Disney, Sony, Google and Visa. Lisa is the daughter of Eachi Thai and Suy Ngoum Choy of Rowland Heights, Calif.
Josh was the 1999 senior class president of Washington Senior High in Washington Court House, Ohio, as well as an OSU graduate with a degree in social work. Josh has managed and directed some of Ohio’s as well as the San Francisco Bay Area’s most notable restaurants, including Moretti’s, Reposado, Scratch, Lure & Till and Seagrape in Miami, Fla., and is currently involved in the development of his own restaurant. Josh is the son of Kathy (Robert) Everetts and the late Christopher Allen, of Washington C.H., Ohio.
A 2018 wedding is planned.
