JEFFERSONVILLE — The Jeffersonville Masonic Lodge #468, 21 S. Main St., held an annual fundraising dinner Saturday evening to raise funds for the Special Olympics.

Spaghetti, salad, desserts and drinks were available for eat-in or take-out.

Many items were donated for their silent auction by local businesses and individuals.

A total of $3,000 was raised and the meal was well-received, according to Larry Mayer.

Special Olympics was founded by Eunice Kennedy Shriver and is the world’s largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, providing training and activities for over five million participants.
