According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 15

Unlawful Restraint: At 12:04 p.m., officers responded to Woody’s U-Locker on South Elm Street in reference to a female who had been locked inside of a storage unit. A male was arrested and charged with unlawful restraint.

Oct. 12

Disorderly by Intoxication: At 9:49 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Market Street in reference to the defendant laying in a yard. Upon arrival, officers observed the defendant, who was found to be highly intoxicated laying in a yard next to an alleyway. The defendant was arrested and transported to the jail.

Sept. 21

Theft: At 6:34 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to a theft. Officers made contact with the offender, who stole and under rang miscellaneous merchandise from the store. The offender was issued a summons for theft and all stolen merchandise was returned.
