A cake named after Watergate

0

Hello!

This week, I’m going to take you back to the 70s. A different time in history, that’s for sure. The great scandal was the Watergate break-ins. As a matter of fact, it was so famous and so scandalous, someone came up with the idea of creating a cake and naming it after that!

This cake feels like summertime, refreshing and light. A unique taste all on its own. The first time I made it, we all liked it. I served it at our Sunday dinner table. Everyone agreed the only way it could be better would be with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

It’s a perfect dessert for a cookout, carry-in and yes, that famous Sunday dinner table. You can’t go wrong serving this delicious cake.
