Griffith places 5th at State in pole vault

Jared Griffith, 8th grade, representing Miami Trace Middle School, placed 5th Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Hilliard Darby State Meet. He was seeded 10th out of 26, but finished 5th with a vault of 11’ 6”, pr’ing almost a foot over his original personal best, 10’9”.
