Michael A. Lowe, 48, at large, failure to appear – grand jury indictment.

Brandy N. Roberts, 40, 835 Linden Ave., license forfeiture.

Judson E. Phillips, 75, 1031 E. Temple St., failure to yield from private property.

Darrell W. Russell, 57, 1429 Forest St., OVI suspension.

Brandon L. Williams, 38, at large, Adult Parole Authority warrant, resisting (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor), aggravated menacing (three counts) (first-degree misdemeanor).
