According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 4

Domestic Violence by Threats/Menacing: At 10:54 a.m., Dustin Gulley, at large, was arrested after he made threats of death, physical assault, rape and arson.

Theft: At 12:22 p.m., Paul Kettles, at large, was arrested after he stole a television from a residence on Broadway. Kettles had been living in the garage prior to the theft.

Theft: At 6:48 p.m., Sheila Macke, of Vine Street, was arrested at Walmart after attempting to depart the store without paying for items.
