Jeremy L. Rodgers, 48, 333 Sixth St., expired tags.

Robert D. Ryan, 43, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant.

Hubert A. Green II, 45, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear, possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).
