According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 17

Criminal Damaging: At 7:07 a.m., Amber Tolle, of North North Street, reported that an unknown person broke a window at her residence sometime overnight.

Criminal Damaging: At 9:26 a.m., Catrina Eggleton, of West Elm Street, reported that an unknown person caused damage to her vehicle while it was parked on North Hinde Street.

June 16

Criminal Trespass: At 10:38 p.m., officers received a complaint that Robert Penwell III was trespassing in the yard of a residence on East Temple Street. Penwell fled while officers were en route, however he was located a short time later hiding in a building at the rear of 914 E. Market St. Penwell was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
