According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

May 9

Breaking and Entering/Theft: At 9:20 a.m., Neil Wolfe, of US 22 NE, reported the theft of medication and currency from a business on South Hinde Street. A suspect has been identified.

Theft of a Motor Vehicle: At 12:04 p.m., Justin Johnson, of Bloomingburg, reported that a vehicle he was borrowing was stolen while he was inside Family Farm and Home shopping.

Felonious Assault: At 1:27 p.m., officers responded to Residence Drive in reference to a stabbing.

Misuse of Credit Card: At 2:25 p.m., Todd Hubbell, of Village Court, reported that funds had been taken from a credit card belonging to him without his permission.

Misuse of Credit Card: At 6:49 p.m., Chanelle Johnson, of East Paint Street, reported that funds had been taken from a credit card belonging to her without her permission.
