Frank A. Henize, 46, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office grand jury indictment (three counts).

Larry E. Howard Jr., 26, 893 Pin Oak Place, domestic (first-degree misdemeanor) (two counts).

Frank Groves, 44, 803 Aspen Drive, disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Teghan H. Kidder, 25, 310 N. Hinde St., disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor), obstructing (fourth-degree misdemeanor), resisting.

Juvenile, 14, Washington C.H., felonious assault.

April 22

Fred F. Rarey, 77, Kenton, Ohio, improper backing.

Mason B. Cockerill, 27, Wilmington, non-compliance suspension.

Joshua B. Davis, 35, Sabina, Wilmington Police Department warrant, possession of drug abuse instruments (second-degree misdemeanor).

James Sever, 36, 170 Staunton Sugar Grove Road, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).
