According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 8

Obstructing Official Business: At 2:43 p.m. while investigating a suspicious person complaint on Third Street, Keith Wright, at large, provided a false name to officers, as well as a false date of birth. Wright was arrested for obstructing official business.

Identity Fraud: At 5:03 p.m., Lori Lavy, of Yeoman Street, reported that an unknown person used her information to open a Chase Bank account.

Breaking and Entering/Criminal Damaging/Theft: At 6:15 p.m., employees of the Church of the Nazarene on State Route 41 reported that an unknown person had broken into the church, caused damage and stole items.

Theft: At 6:52 p.m., employees of Walmart reported an unknown male departed the store without paying for items.
