Tyler A. Sims, 38, 505 E. Temple St., non-compliance suspension, expired registration.

Shawn A. Welch, 44, 637 Yeoman St., Chillicothe Police Department bench warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Chad Self, 49, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Levi T. O’neill, 26, 1101 Willard St., domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor), civil protection order violation (first-degree misdemeanor), resisting arrest.

Courtney J. Earles, 22, 1101 Willard St., civil protection order violation (first-degree misdemeanor), domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor).

Megan M. Haithcock, 19, 1028 John St., domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor).

Brett N. Noel, 24, 4670 Branen Drive, failure to control, reckless operation.
