Timothy L.E. Sexton, 32, Columbus, possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Feb. 13

Juvenile, 17, Washington C.H., permit without licensed driver.

Bryce D. Combs, 21, 749 Pin Oak Place, non-compliance suspension, failure to transfer registration.

Kristopher Reid, 26, 6833 Stafford Road, license forfeiture, expired registration.

Paul W. McCallister, 35, 432 Fourth St., non-compliance suspension.

Tonya J. Bruce, 46, 703 Broadway St., expired operator’s license.

Feb. 12

Jose Carlos Barradas Rivera, 24, 208 Florence St., domestic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Abigail R. Garrison, 20, 127 N. Oakland Ave., expired registration.

Amanda N. Horn, 36, Columbus, non-compliance suspension.
