Dustin Schwalbauch, 31, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant – theft, Adult Probation Authority warrant.

Roy Schwalbauch, 49, at large, Highland County bench warrant.

Michael D. Wheeler, 36, 811 Clinton Ave., non-compliance suspension.

Emory J. Parks, 42, 4782 Miami Trace Road, unauthorized use.

Timothy Dilley, 29, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply.

Margaret E. Stiffler, 59, Columbus, weaving, OVI, OVI per se over .17.
