Feb. 18

Liberty Hudson, 42, 306 McElwain St., driving under suspension, traffic control device violation, failure to transfer title.

Ryan A. Stallman, 36, 822 Maple St., backing without safety.

Bryant S. Kearns, 29, 820 E. Temple St., obstructing, non-compliance suspension, leaving the scene.

Mark E. Gault, 57, 4865 Miami Trace Road, OVI, OVI per se over .17.

Male, 17, Washington C.H., opening door into traffic.

Bradley A. Neitz, 37, at large, failure to control, window tint violation, obstructing.

Feb. 17

Christopher L. Barnes, 21, Hillsboro, window tint violation, non-compliance suspension.

Tayseneca S. Lowe, 24, Peebles, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Brenda K. Oberding, 58, 914 N. North St., aggravated menacing, misuse of 911 (two counts).
