Zachary Burgess, 30, at large, resisting (second-degree misdemeanor).

Male, 16, Washington C.H., assault (first-degree misdemeanor).

Jessica Thomas, 29, Frankfort, failure to control.

Nicholas A. Johns, 39, 1238 E. Temple St., Huron County Sheriff’s Office warrant – failure to comply.

Tyler R. Adams, 31, 770 Mclean St., bench warrant – failure to comply.
