Paul E. Houser III, 28, Columbus, possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor).

Allison E. Trader, 29, at large, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).
