According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
Aug. 29
Disorderly Conduct: At 2:06 a.m., officers responded to the area of the Dayton Avenue Flagway in reference to a suspicious male that appeared to be under the influence. Officers located James F. Wilson, who was arrested.
Aug. 27
Drug Abuse Instrument: At 8:40 p.m., officers responded to Pettit’s BP in reference to a drug overdose. Scott Frump was located in a vehicle and was revived with Narcan. He was in possession of drug abuse instruments, and was charged.
