The Miami Trace varsity volleyball team played a match at former South Central Ohio League opponent Madison Plains Saturday, Aug. 24.

Madison Plains won the match, 25-12, 23-25, 25-16 and 25-12.

For Miami Trace (1-1) Laura Robinson had 12 kills and Olivia Fliehman had seven kills.

Miami Trace is at Jackson Tuesday at 5 p.m.

The Lady Panthers will play the first varsity volleyball match in the new high school gym Thursday against Chillicothe.

The j-v play at 5 p.m. with varsity to follow at 6:30 p.m.
