The Washington Blue Lion golf team began the 2017 fall sports season at the Grandview Invitational Friday.

Grandview won with a team score of 365.

London was second with a 384, Wayne Trace was third at 387 and Washington was fourth with a score of 411.

Gabe Arazo and Brock Morris shot identical scores of 100 for Washington.

Tyler Rood had a score of 104, Ty Rose, 110 and Brice Cartwright, 111.

Washington will be taking part in the McClain Invitational Tuesday at Buckeye Hills.
