According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 29

Assault: At 12:24 a.m., Rudie Burns reported that while at the storage units on Columbus Avenue, she was assaulted by a known male. The male, identified as Donald H. Cox, was arrested for the offense.

Criminal Damaging: At 11:37 a.m., Stew Gardner reported that unknown person(s) damaged a window at the Christian Science Church on East Temple Street.

Theft: At 6:39 p.m., Judy Hess reported that unknown person(s) removed her push mower from the yard.

June 28

Burglary: At 3:22 a.m., the Washington C.H. Police Department began investigating the burglary of a residence on Aspen Drive.

Underage Consumption of Alcohol/Obstructing Official Business: At 3:26 a.m., while investigating a burglary on Aspen Drive, officers checked a residence in the area for a suspect. Officers observed persons inside the residence, however, no one would answer the door. Contact was made with the home owner and officers were given permission to enter the residence. Once inside the residence, officers located four males who were all under the age of 21 and were found to have been consuming alcohol. The four males were identified as Trenton F.A. Henize, Zachary I. Jordan, Skyler L.T. Adams and Seth C. Coulter. All were charged with underage consumption of alcohol, and Henize and Jordan were additionally charged with obstructing official business.

Theft/Criminal Damaging: At 8:50 p.m., a representative of the VFW Post 3762 on Veterans Way reported that unknown person(s) damaged a wooden fence panel at the rear of the building and removed a security camera.

June 27

Theft: At 12:14 p.m., David Hooks reported that unknown person(s) removed two weed eaters from a detached shed at the rear of his residence.

Domestic Violence: At 7:18 p.m., Lynne Barbiero reported that while riding in the car, her husband and son were involved in an altercation, resulting in the son being assaulted. Peter A. Barbiero was arrested for the offense.
