According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
April 16
Obstructing Official Business: At 12:52 p.m., Joshua Stump was arrested for obstructing official business when he attempted to hide from officers inside 1004 Delaware St. Katie Delay-Ford was also charged with obstructing official business when she allegedly lied to officers about Stump being inside the home.
April 14
Theft: Cassie Carter reported that sometime during the night unknown person(s) removed property from her vehicle.
Theft: At 1:09 p.m., Danielle Mongold reported that approximately two days ago, unknown person(s) removed her purse from her vehicle.
Theft: At 3:29 p.m., an employee of Court House Manor reported that an unknown person removed cash from a resident’s room.
Criminal Damaging: At 6:51 p.m., Chelsea Copas reported that a known person kicked her vehicle during an argument, which caused damage to the driver side rear door.
Theft: At 10:13 p.m., an employee of United Dairy Farmers reported that an unknown male selected merchandise and departed the store without paying for the item.
April 13
Theft: At 8:03 a.m., Curtis Hammer reported that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and removed several tools.
Theft: At 8:20 a.m., Raymond Grooms reported that sometime over the past few days, unknown person(s) removed several front end parts from a vehicle on the lot of Affordable Auto on South Main Street.
Theft: At 8:50 a.m., Richard Bartruff reported that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered his truck and removed property.
