‘Talking to Heaven’ medium to visit WCH

A professional “Christ-centered medium” will be visiting Washington Court House Tuesday for a night of enlightenment and entertainment.

Gregory A. Sanderson’s “Talking to Heaven” event at The Rusty Keg is an opportunity for people to hear healing messages from deceased loved ones, he said. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event begins at 7 p.m.

“I have been innately gifted from birth,” said Sanderson in a telephone interview Thursday.

His first memory of being awakened to his gift came to him through a dream he had as a child.

“I saw Jesus coming in the rapture,” said Sanderson, who said in the dream he was gazing out his east-facing bedroom window into a clear, star-lit night sky.

“I could see a bright star. As the star got closer to me, I realized it was a person. And I thought, this can’t be Jesus, because the Bible says he will come in the twinkling of an eye and he was coming at me slowly. But as he got closer, I recognized that it was him,” said Sanderson. In the dream, Sanderson said he tried to knock on his neighbor’s door to tell them that Jesus was coming.

“I was crying,” said Sanderson, who said no one woke up and no one heard him, so he told Jesus that he needed more time to do the work he was born to do.

“After that dream, I gave my life and service to Christ,” said Sanderson, noting that he has had a spiritual connection to Christ since age 7 that set him on his current path.

Now Sanderson is traveling and talking to people, sharing his gift and his passions for story-telling, music, and instruction.

During his “Talking to Heaven” event Tuesday, Sanderson will rely on communicating messages to the audience through spiritual connections.

While everyone in attendance is not guaranteed to receive a message from a deceased loved one, he said the experience will enlighten and inspire everyone as he demonstrates proof of life after death through instruction, music, and audience participation.

“People come to me to validate that their deceased loved ones are still around and still alive. It’s your ancestors. Your ancestors are your guides. Your ancestors are your angels. Those people who have passed on over time are there to guide you. I will validate that they are not just there Tuesday night, but are there 24 hours a day. Heaven neither slumbers nor sleeps,” said Sanderson. “If you’re energy, how can you turn off light?”
