According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

MARCH 20

TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT: Amanda L. Brewer reported that she has been receiving a large amount of calls and texts from a known offender. The victim was referred to the City Solicitor for the filing of charges.

MARCH 19

THEFT: Allen Dunford reported that a known male removed property from his residence. The male was located and the property recovered. William J. Meadows was arrested for the theft offense.

BURGLARY: Amika Stubbs reported that someone entered her residence and removed an Xbox 360 game system with controller.

THEFT: Ricky Kidder reported the theft of money by a known female.

ASSAULT/DRUG ABUSE/DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Officers were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 700 block of Peddicord Ave. Upon arrival they learned that an involved male had assaulted another male who was present at the residence. Leon J. Tyree was arrested for assault. Officers also had contact with a female identified as Patricia A. Howard, who was found to have a warrant for her arrest. During Howard’s arrest on the warrant, she was found in possession of drugs, drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, Howard was additionally charged with multiple drug offenses.

AGGRAVATED MENACING: Officers investigated a complaint of a threat of serious physical harm made toward a juvenile by a known male via Facebook. The male was identified as Dakota S. Knisley, who was arrested for the offense.

MARCH 18

THEFT: Cassie Earley reported that an unknown person removed the spare key to her vehicle from her residence.

UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL: Officers were checking a report of an intoxicated male walking on South Fayette St. The male was located and was found to have been consuming alcohol and was under the age of 21 years old. The male, identified as Nathan J. Bradford, was arrested for the offense.

MARCH 14

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Paul D. Mills reported that someone scratched and dented his vehicle while it was parked on Village Court.

ASSAULT: Amber D. Byrd reported that she was assaulted by a known offender while she was walking in an alley near fourth street. Amber was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

THEFT: Larry D. Davis reported that someone stole a children’s swing set from his back yard.

MARCH 12

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Erin May reported that she was physically assaulted by a family or household member. Daniel B. Daulton was arrested for the offense.

POSSESS DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Officers responded to a suspected drug overdose at a residence in the 800 block of Pin Oak. Upon arrival, officers located drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia near the female who was being revived by EMS personnel. The female, identified as Patricia A. Howard, was transported to Fayette ER for further treatment and was later charged with the offenses.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: Officers had contact with a female on a traffic stop who attempted to conceal her identity by supplying officers with false information. Officers learned the female’s true identity and also found that she had several warrants for her arrest. The female, identified as Laura S. Branscom was arrested on the warrants and also charged with obstructing official business.

AGGRAVATED MENACING/CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Robert Eddlemon reported that a known male damaged his vehicle and broke several windows on his residence.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Erin May reported that she was physically assaulted by a family or household member. Daniel B. Daulton arrested for the offense.

MARCH 9

THEFT: An employee of TSC reported that an unknown male selected merchandise from the shelves, then departed the store without paying for the item.

THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that they observed a male conceal merchandise and attempt to leave the store without paying for the items. Jesse R. Adams was arrested for the offense.

MARCH 7

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Brandon McQuiller of Washington Court House reported that an unknown offender punctured the tire on his vehicle.

AGGRAVATED MENACING: Jerry Shepherd reported that he was threatened by a known offender. Shepherd was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

AGGRAVATED MENACING: Jennifer Brown of Frankfort reported that she was threatened by a known offender. Brown was referred to the city solicitor for the filing of charges.

THEFT: Andy Munyon of Greenfield was arrested during a traffic stop after he was found in possession of a rear tine tiller that was found to be stolen from Walmart.

MARCH 6

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Andrea Culwell reported that someone damaged three windows on her residence.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: While on a domestic complaint on Washington Avenue, April M. Holley of Washington Court House, was arrested and charged with obstructing official business after continually arguing and interjecting herself after being ordered to calm down and remain quiet.

MARCH 5

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Cynthia Caulley reported that sometime overnight someone damaged the front window of Costumes for All Occasions on E. Temple St.

BURGLARY: Judith Henize reported that someone entered her residence and removed property.

MARCH 4

ILLEGAL MANUFACTURE OF DRUGS/ILLEGAL ASSEMBLY OR POSSESSION OF CHEMICALS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF DRUGS/DRUG ABUSE/ENDANGERING CHILDREN/INDUCING PANIC: Officers responded to a report of persons using drugs in a vehicle parked on the lot of Wal-Mart. Investigation by officers resulted in the discovery of a portable meth lab and a container with suspected meth inside. The occupants of the vehicle, identified as Allen Ray West and Taylor Kay Jenkins were arrested and charged with numerous offenses.

THEFT: Dalton Knapp reported that someone removed prescription medication from his residence.

MARCH 3

DISORDERLY CONDUCT BY INTOXICATION: Officers responded to an address on Beacon Street reference the report of what sounded like gunshots. Upon arrival the resident was contacted and upon being advised of the reason for officer’s presence he became irate and very loud with officers. The male, identified as Troy W. Brown, was warned earlier by officers reference his behavior due to his intoxicated state and to cease his actions. Brown refused and was arrested for the offense.

DRUG ABUSE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Officers responded to an address on Washington Avenue in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, contact was made with the involved parties and all were advised to calm down and discontinue their loud turbulent behavior. An involved male identified as Sean K. Mckittrick failed to cease his actions and was arrested. During his arrest, Mckittrick was found in possession of illegal drugs and was charged with the drug offense also.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Quinten Adams reported that someone forced entry into a garage on Cherry Street and removed property.

THEFT: An employee of Discount Tobacco on W. Court St. reported the theft of merchandise from the business by someone.

MENACING: Carrie Ragland reported that while at Summit Station Apartments she was threatened with physical harm by a known person.

THEFT: An employee of Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center on Courthouse Parkway reported the theft of a patient’s medication by someone.

THEFT: Vickey Sena reported that while at a residence in the 1100 block of Willard Street, a known person stole money from her. Charges Pending.

BURGLARY: Brian Collins reported that someone entered his residence and removed property.

FEB. 25

THEFT: Dena Rumer reported that someone removed cash from her purse while at her residence.

TRESPASS: Crystal Carey reported that a known male came onto her property and created a disturbance then failed to leave when asked to do so.

ASSAULT: James Green reported that during a verbal dispute with a known person he was struck in the forehead with an object that was thrown at him.

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Roxanna Mann reported that someone shattered the rear window on her vehicle while parked at her residence.

FEB. 24

MENACING: Myron Brown reported that a known person threatened him with physical harm.

VIOLATING A PROTECTION ORDER: Officers investigated a domestic situation involving a protection order violation at the Rose Ave. Community Center, resulting in the arrest of Andrew Todd Wilson.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE: Barbara Shaw reported that a known male removed her vehicle from her residence without her permission. Officers located and stopped the vehicle, the driver was identified as Todd M. Aills who was arrested for the listed offense.

BURGLARY: Logan McCoy reported that someone gained entry into his residence and removed property.

FEB. 22

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: During a traffic stop, Amelia B. Minzler attempted to provide officers with false identification in an attempt to avoid discovery of outstanding warrants for her arrest. Minzler was charged with obstructing official business.

FEB. 21

LARCENY: Employee of Dollar General reported an attempted theft by an unknown female customer. The female fled the store after being confronted by the employee.

ASSAULT/OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: Jamee Imperati of 613 Village Court Apartment B reported being assaulted by Adam Lowe. When officers attempted to confront Lowe he fled from officers. After a short pursuit Lowe was apprehended and charged with assault and obstructing official business.

BURGLARY: Benny Laytart of 1025 Dayton Ave., lot 20, reported that sometime during the night someone entered his home and stole cash from his wallet.

FEB. 16

THEFT: Thomas Bush Jr. reported that someone removed a large barrel used for trash from the rear of his residence.
