The Washington Police Department responded to the following calls, according to reports:

JULY 19

LARCENY: An employee of Kroger reported Timothy Mullins had concealed merchandise on his person and attempted to depart the store without paying for the items. Mullins was arrested and charged with theft.

LARCENY: An employee of Dollar General reported that Matthew Wilson had concealed merchandise on his person then departed the store without paying for the items. Wilson was arrested and charged with theft.
