The Washington Police Department responded to the following calls, according to reports:


THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that a male subject concealed items and attempted to leave the store without paying. James Rohde has been charged in the incident.

THEFT: Two juveniles were charged in separate incidents at Wal-Mart when they attempted to conceal items and depart the store without paying.

BURGLARY: Amanda Bryan reported that someone forcibly entered her residence.


BURGLARY: Anna Mae Ward reported that unknown person(s) entered her residence and removed numerous items of property.

CRIMINAL DAMAGING/THEFT: Michael Cruea reported that unknown person(s) broke the passenger side front window on his Chevrolet pickup truck and removed items from inside.

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Madison Brown reported that sometime overnight unknown person(s) damaged the driver side window on her 2014 Toyota.


DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/WEAPONS UNDER DISABILITY: Heidi Reitmire reported that during a verbal argument with a family or household member she was physically assaulted. James Thomas Smith was arrested for the offense, he was additionally charged with having weapons while under disability after several firearms were located in the residence.

INDUCING PANIC: Emergency personnel were called to a residence on Willard Street on a report that a male was intending to harm himself by ingesting an amount of medication. James R. Huggins Jr. denied the complaint and was arrested for the offense.
