Located at 1010 Leesburg Ave. in Washington C.H., the real estate brokerage has been in business in Fayette County since 1997, but the company has six offices and 78 agents in the area. In addition to real estate services, ERA Martin & Associates also offers property management services as well as auctioneer services. Last year the company had 657 transactions worth over $67 million in sales.

The Washington Court House office is involved in a variety of community events and was proudly named Community Service Office of the Year in both 2014 and 2015. The office has an annual mum and pumpkin sale, this year benefiting Rose Avenue Community Center and the local VFW Riders; an annual food drive; Toys for Tots; and Santa for Seniors to make sure local senior citizens are remembered at the holidays.

Each year the office awards scholarships to local individuals interested in pursuing a career in real estate. The agents in the office donate part of their commissions to provide three scholarships toward real estate pre-licensing classes for interested individuals.

“We are extremely involved in community events,” said office manager Steve Armstrong, “and we have the power of a world-wide franchise but also pride ourselves on being a good, local, community-based company.”
