The Miami Trace Panthers were the host team for an SCOL quadrangular golf match Tuesday, Aug. 23 at the Club at Quail Run.
Teams competing against the Panthers were Washington, McClain and Wilmington.
Wilmington won the match with a team score of 177.
The Panthers placed second with a 195.
The Blue Lions notched a third place result with a 193 and McClain was fourth with a 214.
Jack Murphy of Wilmington was medalist with a 42.
For the Blue Lions, Kyler Mount and Griffin Shaw shared low-scoring honors, each with a 43.
Mitchell Creamer led the Panthers with a 44.
Trevor Newkirk led the Tigers with a 46.
Also for Miami Trace, Tyler Eggleton shot a 49, Hayden Walters and Jacob Batson each scored a 51, Ashton Cox shot a 53 and Cameron Carter had a score of 59.
For the Blue Lions, Tyler Rood shot a 52, Brock Morris, a 55 and Gabe Arazo a 62.
For McClain, Kobe Penwell shot a 52, Zane Mustard a 55 and Preston Anderson a 61.
For the Hurricane, Dylon Combs shot a 44, Hunter DeWeese, 45; Cam Smart, 46, Drew Carey, 47 and Zach Zeckser, 56.
Miami Trace will be on the road today against East Clinton.
The Blue Lions will host defending SCOL champions Clinton-Massie Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 4 p.m.
