Mullins competes at bowling District

Washington’s Mason Mullins competed Monday, Feb. 21 at the Division II District bowling tournament at Shawnee Lanes in Chillicothe, but did not advance to the State tournament.

Mullins finished with the 6th-highest series (618) on the day out of 24 bowlers. He was one of only three freshman competing in the tournament.

Hillsboro won the District with a total pin count of 4,227.

Logan Elm was second with a 3,974 score.

Those teams advance to the State tournament March 4 and 5 at Wayne Webb’s Columbus Bowl.
