The Miami Trace boys bowling team traveled to Chillicothe to take on the Cavaliers on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

With games of 223 and 210 from Andrew Amore and 216 and 209 from Conner Collins, the Panthers defeated Chillicothe in their first match in the Frontier Athletic Conference.

On Monday, Dec. 2, the Panthers visited Hillsboro where they defeated the Indians.

Amore rolled a 231, Collins had a 221 and Jay Caudill had a 195 score.

It was the first win by the Panthers at Hillsboro, the defending FAC champions, since the bowling program started.

“At this point, the boys are working hard to improve and are hoping for a great season,” head coach Ron Amore Sr. said.

Miami Trace will be at home Thursday against Zane Trace and are at Jackson Friday.
