The regular season is almost over and tournament time is just around the corner for volleyball and soccer.

The Division II Sectional volleyball tournament pairings were released Sunday.

Miami Trace is a No. 6 seed with a record of 9-8.

Washington is a No. 5 seed with a record of 11-7.

Washington, who just played Chillicothe Saturday, dropping a tough five-set match and therefore splitting the season series (with each team winning on the other’s home court) will play at the Frontier Athletic Conference co-champions Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.

The winner of that match will likely play at the No. 1 seed Sheridan on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 4 p.m.

Hillsboro (4-17) is a No. 8 seed and will host Logan Elm (No. 9 seed, 2-17) on Monday, Oct. 14. The winner of that match will play at Sheridan on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.

Miami Trace will play at Circleville (No. 3 seed, 15-4) on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.

The winner of that match will play at the winner of the match between No. 2 seed Fairfield Union (15-5) and McClain (No. 7 seed, 6-13) on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 4 p.m.

McClain plays at Fairfield Union on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.

Jackson is a No. 6 seed (10-7) and will play at Waverly (No. 3 seed, 15-3) Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.
