The Washington Lady Blue Lion tennis team traveled to Logan Elm High School for a non-conference match Wednesday, Sept. 4.
Logan Elm won the match, four courts to one.
At first singles, Keller Clouse beat Brooklyn Foose, 6-3, 7-6.
At second singles, Ella Bennington defeated Shawna Conger, 6-1, 6-1.
Kara Lutz won over Mei Kobayashi at third singles, 6-1, 6-3.
Sydnie Hall and Payton Maddux defeated Mattie Smith and Hope Miller at first doubles, 6-4, 6-2.
At second doubles, Jerica Platz and Brooke Anderson beat Joshalynn Worth and Addy Newsome, 6-1, 6-4.
Logan Elm is now 8-0 on the season.
Washington returns to Frontier Athletic Conference play Tuesday at Hillsboro. The match has a starting time of 4:30 p.m.
