Lady Panther j-v squad falls to North Adams

The Miami Trace Lady Panthers junior-varsity basketball team hosted the team from North Adams High School for a non-conference game in the new MTHS gymnasium Wednesday, Feb. 6.

North Adams won the game, 25-16.

Emma Pitstick was the leading scorer for Miami Trace with five points.

Libby Aleshire scored four, Sidney Payton, Aubrey Wood and Sam Sever each scored two points and Mallory Pavey had one point.

Wood led the team with five rebounds.

Reagan Barton had four rebounds, Pitstick had two assists and Aleshire had two steals.

Sierra Kendall was the game’s leading scorer for North Adams with seven points.

North Adams led 5-2 at the end of the first quarter and 9-4 at halftime.

The visitors led 19-7 at the end of three quarters.

Miami Trace won the fourth quarter, 9-6.

The Lady Panthers will host Washington Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
