On Friday, Oct. 12, the Fayette Christian School Crusaders held their annual pink game for breast cancer awareness and senior night for recognizing their 2019 graduating athletes.

The seniors participating in volleyball are Taylor Brown, Grace Ernst, Macie Riley, and Jenna Sams.

Prior to the game, the seniors were announced and received a shadow box containing a jersey, photos, a pennant, and their varsity letter. McKenzie Riley, Mr. Riley, Mrs. Miller, and Mrs. Hanusik helped create the gifts.

After practicing hard on consistency and serving, the varsity Crusaders had their minds set on winning the last home game.

They competed against Heritage Findlay Minutemen, and were proud to have won the first set.

Coaches were pleased with the effort, and encouraged the team to continue and win the next two.

For the first time this season, the varsity Crusaders won the first three matches in a row, making it an unforgettable night for the seniors!
