On Tuesday, Oct. 2, Fayette Christian School’s junior high volleyball team challenged the RCCA Eagles. It was Ryleigh Tooill’s first time playing as a setter. The first game was pretty evenly matched, but the Crusaders pulled through, kept the lead, and won.

The second game began with Letisha Knepp serving. She continued consistently and served 17 in a row! The score was now a record-breaking 17-0. Eventually, RCCA gained possession of the ball. They scored six points, but the Crusaders won with the score of 25-6. What a memorable game!

“I think the girls did a phenomenal job with their serving,” coach Richmond said. “Ryleigh Tooill had some really good sets. I am proud of her.”
