The Division II soccer tournament draw was announced Sunday.
In girls soccer, Miami Trace has perhaps its highest-ever seed, No. 2, with a record of 8-4-2.
The Lady Panthers will host the No. 7 seed Sheridan (1-5) Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m.
The Lady Lions of Washington High School are a No. 6 seed (1-11-0) and will play at the No. 3 seed Circleville Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m.
The winners of those two matches will meet for a Sectional championship Saturday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m.
HIllsboro, a No. 4 seed (record not available) will host McClain (No. 5 seed, 1-11-1) Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m.
The winner of that match takes on the No. 1 seed Unioto (8-1-2) Saturday at 11 a.m.
Jackson (6-5-2) is a No. 4 seed and will host Warren (a No. 5 seed with a record of 5-8-1) Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m.
Chillicothe is in Division I in girls soccer and will play at Westerville South Monday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. The winner of that match plays Olentangy Orange Thursday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. That is part of the Central District tournament.
In boys Division II soccer, Miami Trace (8-4-2) is a No. 1 seed and will host the winner of the Washington vs Westfall match.
Washington (No. 8 seed, 0-10-2) will host Westfall (No. 9 seed, 0-9-2) Monday, Oct. 15 at 5 p.m. The winner of that match plays at Miami Trace for a Sectional championship Thursday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m.
Washington will host Westfall for the Blue Lions’ senior night this Thursday.
McClain is a No. 5 seed with a record of 4-9-1. They will play at No. 4 seed Logan Elm (5-4-1) Thursday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m.
Hillsboro is a No. 3 seed (4-6-1). The Indians will host No. 6 seed Circleville (4-7-1) Thursday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m.
Chillicothe is Division I in boys soccer and will host Licking Heights Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. in the Central District tournament.
