LEES CREEK — The Washington Lady Lion j-v volleyball team played an SCOL match at East Clinton High School Thursday.

Washington won the match, 25-16, 25-20.

For Washington, Ashlyn Richardson had 3 aces, 3 kills and 9 digs.

Trinity Ragland had 4 kills and 3 digs and Ally Funari had 8 digs and 8 assists.

“I’m very proud of the girls tonight,” Washington coach Laura Carpenter said. “They came to play and really showed their hard work through both games.”

Washington’s j-v team will play at Hillsboro Tuesday at 5 p.m.
